Miriam is a self-taught instinctive artist living in Merritt BC Canada. As a child she was encouraged to paint by her cousin, artist Bev Veale. Now many years later, Miriam has finally responded to her inner yearning to express herself on canvas. Having raised and loved some exceptional dogs, Miriam has a strong emotional connection to her subject. She is involved in dog rescue and has a strong affinity for all animals.
